Paddy Considine - "Riding The Low"

It's probably a surprise to the majority of his fans that actor Paddy Considine is also
an accomplished singer with his band "Riding The Low".

Influenced by bands such as Robert Pollard's "Guided By Voices", "Sparklehorse",
"My Morning Jacket", "The Smiths", "The Pixies", "The Flaming Lips", "Radiohead",
and "The Smashing Pumpkins".

Together with Chris Baldwin and Dan Baker on guitars, Dan Thompson on drums and
Richard Eaton on bass the band performs an exciting and powerful set of self-penned songs.

Based in the Midlands, gigs up to now have been performed in Burton-on-Trent,
Nottingham, Derby and London.

Not only has the band built up a fan base that extends across the UK, it also has a
following in both North America and New Zealand. This is thanks to an extremely
active forum that includes not only fans of his movies but Paddy himself.
